Infiniti Solutions Ltd Expands Device Test Range with Teradyne's FLEX |
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 2004--Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER - News) announced Infiniti Solutions Ltd, which offers test services in the Silicon Valley through its VIKO Test Lab, has purchased the FLEX(TM) test system to expand device test market opportunities for its Test Lab in Santa Clara, CA.
